The Business Development Executive and / or Manager is expected to be ambitious and energetic in supporting Leisue Inc. expand its clientele. The BDM is the front of the company and will perform a highly dedicated and effective sales strategy for the financial growth and boost of sales while maintaining strong relationships with clients. As an individual contributor, the BDM will often reach across all areas of the business.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Provide help in planning sales & marketing campaigns.
Conduct research to identify new market needs such as growth areas, trends, customers, products and services, business opportunities and customer.
Generate leads, create a sales pipeline and screen potential business deals by contacting prospective clients and partners.
Meet with clients / partners face to face to promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Understand the needs of prospect and existing customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these using the products and services of Leisue Inc.
Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
Draw up client contracts depending on the SLA and close new business deals integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Enhance organization reputation by exploring opportunities to improve company revenue and profit.
Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to the management.
Attend seminars, conferences and events wherever appropriate to keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
